- Hybrid Approach to Care
Our team is well-equipped to help clients with personal health budgets, providing either complete care solutions or working alongside your personally hired team to offer additional support.
This flexible, hybrid model allows you to expand your care team by integrating our skilled healthcare assistants and nurses. We assign a small team of professionals who each work a shift per week, ensuring you have reliable support when you need it most, whether for holidays or unexpected absences.
- How We Can Help
Our nurse-led team delivers personalized home care tailored for children, young people, and adults.
Whether you need care during the day, overnight support, live-in assistance, or 24-hour care, we are committed to meeting your needs. Our services begin with a minimum of 40 hours per week, with shifts starting at just six hours.
We can also assist you in recruiting team members for direct employment, offering the option for a temp-to-perm arrangement.
- Setting Up a Care Package
In collaboration with the client, their family, and any relevant professionals, we create a care package centred on the individual’s clinical needs, aspirations, and goals.
A dedicated Nurse Manager will oversee your care package, ensuring high-quality clinical supervision and that all documentation is kept current.
We can offer training in essential areas, including medication administration, continence care (including catheterization and bladder washouts), gastrostomy feeding, tracheostomy and airway management, suction and cough assist techniques, seizure management, and the administration of rescue medications when necessary.
- Tailored Plans
We work together to establish a support plan that clearly defines goals and outcomes for the client. These plans are routinely reviewed to ensure our services consistently align with expectations.
- Selective Recruitment
Our dedicated support workers, senior staff, and nurses are carefully selected and trained to match each client’s clinical needs and personality, facilitating a seamless integration into your lifestyle and existing care framework.

The Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in adapting care to meet evolving needs, ensuring that the client’s wishes and objectives remain central to the support provided.
